Anthony Samuels, President
Anthony Samuels founded Done Right Building Services in 1993 after working in various roles in the Building Services industry and studying engineering and design. During this time the company has moved from a small local provider to a recognized leader, offering full-service Building Services with a mix of Government and Private contracts. Active in the local business community, he is Treasurer of the Massachusetts Black Business Alliance, a member of the Nexus Group, and a is both a member of the Greater New England Supplier Diversity Council and serves on their Regional Advisory Committee, Anthony has completed courses at UMASS and the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Mel Walton, Vice President
With a career that spans over 50 years, working for companies like D&B Corporation, Pritchard, Clean Brite, ISS, Alyn and Sparkle Cleaning, in roles from Director to President, Mel helped build Done Right Building Services into a successful and proven service provider, beginning over 15 years ago. Mel provides oversight for the operations, training, quality, and transition functions for our cleaning and landscaping teams. Working closely with our clients, employees, and the Done Right team, Mel has earned the highest marks for our operations and transition functions.

Kurt Eidsvig, Vice President
After working in operational roles on the account and regional level for Johnson Controls, and as a Director of Program Development and Business Development for EMCOR Facilities Services, Kurt joined the Done Right team in 2007. With over 10 years experience in the Facilities Management marketplace he has developed and implemented operational and support strategies for the benefit of our clients. Involved in industry organizations like IFMA, BOMA and CoreNet, he also serves as a board member for Round Table, Inc. Kurt holds a BA from UMASS/Boston and a graduate degree from the University of Montana.

Jaime Hernandez, Operations Manager
Jaime has been with Done Right for over 11 years and has grown from account-level cleaning on manufacturing sites to supervising project work and managing operations for our client accounts. One of our many bilingual employees, he has completed extensive ESL courses and has worked as a teaching volunteer at the East Boston Community Center. Jaime performs Planning & Scheduling of work orders and balances our staff for workload fluctuations. He is also responsible for Budgeting & Accounting for client accounts including payroll, materials, equipment, and supplies.

Bob Lanata, Director of Maintenance Services
Responsible for the management oversight of our maintenance and vendor management programs, Bob is a licensed HVAC technician with experience as a technician, facility engineer, and project manager with companies like Johnson Controls and Keyes N.A. A member of ASHRAE, with a refrigeration degree from Massasoit, and extensive training in OSHA safety, Bob is directly responsible for client relationships and management of our account teams for our wide-range maintenance contracts.

Anita Turner, Client Services Director
Supervising the management and deployment of administrative services from accounting to reporting and client services for Done Right, Anita has over 40 years experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. President of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Rhode Island Chapter, and National Vice President of Chums, Inc., a national organization of African-American women with over 45 chapters that provides scholarships and community-minded services locally, Anita is a recognized leader in the business community. She holds a degree in Accounting from Bryant University.
